Why the Michael.Techno moniker?
"Techno" is taken from the color of my 1998 BMW M3, which is painted in original Techno Violet purple. The car is one of 119 BMW M3 Sedan's produced in Techno Violet purple with a dove (light gray) interior, making it extremely hard to find and locally well known.
In the local car enthusiast scene, most people know each another by their cars, and "Michael with the Techno Violet M3" is shortened as "Michael.Techno", making it much easier to construct personal branding.
